Ingredients:


8 ounces turmeric

8 ounces coriander seeds

8 ounces cumin seed

6 ounces powdered ginger

4 ounces black peppercorns

1 ounce cardamom

2 ounces fennel seed

1 teaspoon crushed red chiles

2 ounces mace

1 ounce whole cloves

1 ounce mustard seed

1 ounce poppy seeds

1 ounce garlic powder

1 ounce fenugreek

1 ounce cinnamon stick
 

Preparation / Directions:


grind each of the ingredients separately combine ingredients-mix well store in small airtight jars
